The Ege Eye 2nd birthday party

Last night was the 2nd birthday party of The Ege Eye Newspaper.
A fantastic night had by all, brilliant music, a fabulous mix of people, line dancers, The Sheriff's act etc, a truly brilliant night.
Well done to Tony and Karen for all their hard work, bringing the paper now online and on hard copy!
We wish them all the success for the future and the forthcoming plans.

Dejazar Sunday Carvery
Kusadasi’s original eat all you can carvery, often copied, never bettered
on 22nd June 2008 from 5pm to 9.00pm with live music
The cost for the 2 course Carvery is 25 ytl for adults,
15 ytl under 10’s, and under 2 years old are free, there is also a choice of delicious desserts priced at 6 ytl extra

Homemade cream of tomato soup with cheese croutons

Our famous homemade Chicken Liver Pate with Cumberland sauce

Prime Roast Sirloin of Beef, served with homemade Yorkshire Pudding
Roast leg of garlic stuffed lamb and mint sauce

What a lovely pleasure it was for us to host the party for the Anglo Turkish Society dinner party.
With live music downstairs with dinner, then upstairs to the roof terrace for more live music and dancing, it was into the wee small hours before most left.
The group raised over 600 ytl on the night which will go to the local handicapped school, well done to everyone concerned, such a great cause and a fantastic job they are doing..
We are in the planning stages to host our own charity night, which will be a night to remember for august 2008, with a very special artist, though dont want to give too much away for now. so watch this space...

We would like to congratulate Tony the Karen and all the staff at The Ege Eye and wish them every success for the future.
Their new site is looking fabulous, and for all those who need their daily fix, its now online..
Its the papers 2nd birthday, so time to don the glad rags and come on down to celebrate its success!!
Party night with live music starts around 9 pm on saturday 21st June 2008

Wow, what a day... our Carvery is off to a great start... and yesterday was a complete sell out!!
I would suggest pre booking for future in order to secure your place.
Menus change weekly, I will post this weeks menu soon..
